Summary: We showed up to a room that smelled like diarrhea. Found a bag of poopy diapers in the room… as well as dirty towels over the shower. The room also had a dog pee smell and an AC unit with mold and a sound that kept us up all night. The dresser drawers wouldn’t stay shut and the mini fridge kept opening. Went to take a shower and there was hand wash instead of body wash in the shower… and it was empty. Someone came and cleaned the room the best they could and we aired it out. They gave us a new room the next day because they were full that night. Much better, but the mini fridge door would keep opening… opened in the middle of the night and had to throw our food out. I don’t think we will be returning.

Summary: This is a great hotel. Loved the lodge theming. The staff were friendly and helpful. My mother is diabetic and I forgot to get some orange juice for her in case her blood sugar drops during the night. The staff allowed me to get a cup of orange juice from the breakfast area. They were so kind and helpful.

Summary: For a place that was extremely busy at the time that we stayed, the hotel was very clean and organized. Staff was super friendly and helpful. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. It was definitely worth the dollars. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this place to anyone looking for some rest.

Summary: Comfortable room, but it could’ve used a good deep-cleaning. Sulphur smell from the sink when it would drain. Great breakfast. All in all, not a bad place.

Summary: We enjoyed it very much. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub although the bubbles didn't work in the hot tub. Everything else was great. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Summary: Its was an amazing outoor themed hotel, my husband loved it and i think itll be our new place to stay in como. Beds were comfy. Hot water was hot. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options and a pancake maker.friendly staff.
